New leadership strengthens digital performance area at La Torre Marketing.

Loreleinne Vargas’ return to La Torre Marketing came accompanied by news of the team’s expansion. With leaders already structured in the positioning and branding areas, the arrival of the new leader will bring support to the agency’s digital performance area.

“This is a new marketing vertical, which is still growing and was born from the market’s need to measure the efforts invested to optimize resources and obtain more relevant results,” explains Loreleinne.

An engineer by training, she will contribute with a much more systemic and numbers-focused vision of marketing. In recent years, this was the approach adopted in its performance in the high-standard market in Campinas, in the area of real estate development and specialized services.

“Loreleinne’s entrance as VP of Performance was very opportune. She has a unique experience: in addition to her background in engineering, she has experience in marketing for multinationals outside Brazil, and knows La Torre’s culture, as she has already worked with us for two years”, says Thiago La Torre, founder of the company.

For him, the agency was already well known for its positioning and branding, but clients still missed the digital performance. “The arrival of support was thought to attend the large clients that have recently started to come to us,” he points out.

Loreleinne believes that the expectation is that the agency’s growth and the operational synergy will allow for a sustainable and harmonious portfolio increase for everyone. “The speed of learning that a larger team can bring directly impacts positive customer outcomes.”

The news brought more defined assignments for the Planning, Creative, and Media departments, marking the agency’s focus on exploring the social media part this year.

In other areas of the agency, such as customer service, this is now done directly by the account executives, depending on the moment in which the project is and the respective area responsible, maintaining the boutique essence of the business.
